Suzanne Collins website needed an update to reflect her success with the Hunger Games Series being turned into films. Our team designed usability tests for the current website and then used the feedback gathered to make a more visually appealing website with an update style.
The original website was not user friendly. The pages were awkward and clunky, there was no cohesive design amongst the site, and there was no mobile responsive design as well. It created pain points for her fans and customers as they could not easily find information about her series or where to buy her books.
For the redesign of her site we wanted to give the user a simple website that was easy to navigate. Her most popular series, Hunger Games, was highlighted on her home page along with the great reviews received. Her bio and works pages were reorganized to make sense, and the FAQ page was easier to read due to proper type hierarchy and styling.
For the mobile design we wanted to make it easy to read and responsive.
